I have always been in catering, having trained as a chef in 1988 then onto specialising in patisserie. I especially enjoy designing novelty cakes as it lets me use my imagination. When creating them for customers my discussions with them ensure that I create personal and unique cakes to remember whatever the occasion may be. All my cakes are made using fresh, quality ingredients and free range eggs.
