As with many bakers, it started out as a hobby and I was only creating cakes for friends and family, but 12 years ago, I decided to start my own cake business - and I haven't looked back since. I am extremely passionate about what I do, and understand that a beautiful cake can make all the difference to a wedding or birthday party.
It is for this reason that I take great care with every cake that I create, ensuring it not only looks fantastic, but that it is the perfect consistency throughout, before it is delivered.
