I wanted to create a deeply personal bridal experience, to provide above and beyond customer service without the stuffiness, where each bride and her loved ones feel welcomed, spoilt and looked after by a team that really care.
This is a journey; some brides know exactly what they want, others have no idea where to start, others thought they knew what they wanted but then try something different and new and fall in love.

How long do dresses take to arrive?
We allow around 6 months for dresses to arrive in the shop with us.
We recommend you allow around 3 months in addition to this for any alterations you may need nearer your wedding day.
Some designers are able to make a dress quicker than this, what is known as a 'rush cut' (there is a charge for this).
We can discuss this further with you during your appointment.
What will happen during my appointment?
We will sit down with you when you arrive and have a chat, to help us get an idea of what you're looking for in a wedding gown and where you're up to with your search.

When purchasing a sample sale gown payment is made in full and you take the dress away with you on the day.
Credit card payments are not accepted on sample sale dresses.
