You are welcome to spread the cost of purchasing your gown over 10 monthly instalments.
Once you have reached 50% of the total, the dress will be ordered from the designer, and you may continue to make monthly payments until the balance is cleared.
We accept standing orders, cash payments, or alternatively you may phone to pay by card on a designated day each month.

We have storage where we can store your dress for you during alterations, and until you collect it in the weeks or days before your wedding.
Dresses are stored in a complimentary breathable gown bag.
Before you collect, your dress will be thoroughly checked and steamed.
Once you get your dress home, if you can remove it from the bag to give the train more room, this allows any creases that have occurred during transportation to drop out.

Alterations fittings can be booked well in advance, at the time you place your order if necessary, so that you have plenty of time to make arrangements to fit in with work or holidays.
Alterations fittings are currently available on weekdays between 9:30am and 5pm or up o 8pm on a Thursday, It is very important to note that we no longer offer alterations fittings on Saturdays or Sundays.
We would like to stress this as we sincerely wish to avoid any disappointment at a later date.
As a guide, we recommend that you allow at least 6-8 weeks before the wedding/occasion date for your first fitting.
