The Taste of Moray is a family run outside catering business that specialises in the fantastic foods that the Highlands are famous for. Based just outside Inverness, we have a simple aim; to supply and serve Scotland's finest and freshest food with friendly and efficient Highland hospitality and service. We cater for an enormous variety of events from bespoke private dining to marquee weddings and hog roasts and our mix of experience and organization ensures a successful event every time.

From starlight lined ceiling, drapes and chandeliers to special effect lighting, and Ceilidh-proof wooden flooring, your marquee can be transformed to exactly your needs and budget.
We work in partnership with North of Scotland Marquees who are based in Nairn, near the Highland capital of Inverness, and specialise in marquee hire throughout the North of Scotland.
From starlight lined ceiling, drapes and chandeliers to special effect lighting, and Ceilidh-proof wooden flooring, your marquee can be transformed to exactly your needs and budget.

Our free-range Morayshire pigs are marinated and seasoned, then slow cooked for at least 8 hours, making our hog roast extremely tasty and succulent.
We can simply serve it in buns with apple sauce for those informal occasions, or as the meat of a main course or, of course, as part of a full BBQ.
Our full BBQ service ranges from steaks to sausages and a wide variety of side dishes.
