After several years working in digital media - and moonlighting as a serious amateur baker - I finally realised my dream of studying at the world famous Le Cordon Bleu school in London to train to become a pastry chef.
It was tough, but I instantly fell in love.

All fondant-covered cakes have a layer of white or dark chocolate ganache beneath the fondant to achieve a perfect crisp finish.
All cakes are baked and decorated from Caked's 5 star hygiene-rated studio, using high quality ingredients.
But remember, it's not just your cake design that is completely bespoke.
If there is a particular flavour you're after that isn't listed below, I will make it happen!
And it may even become one of Caked's signature flavours.

I deliver throughout Dorset, Wiltshire and Somerset, but will deliver further afield if needed - I even travel to London very frequently (cakes travel remarkably well!).
Delivery costs will apply and will depend on travel time.
Local set up charges are 40 for 5 miles within Shaftesbury, Dorset.
Further venues will be quoted for you.
Delivery costs include delivery and set-up, as well as liaising with your venue, florist, etc so that you have nothing to worry about on the day.
For tiered wedding cakes, I strongly recommend opting for delivery, and in some cases I will insist on this as I'll need to set up your cake at the venue.
Delivery costs will apply and will depend on travel time.
