Richard Russell has worked in the entertainment industry for many years and has entertained at countless weddings and functions of every kind imaginable, this wealth of knowledge and experience is now available to enhance your own events large or small. Richard Russell began his career in entertainment at a very young age playing his first night club at just sixteen years of age and never looking back from that performance.
This work ranged from small in-store presenter appearances and promotions to large outdoor events such as Party In The Park and The Sheffield Show where he worked on stage alongside up to 40 live chart acts and numerous presenters over the two day events.
Going from strength to strength Richard was kept very busy sub contracting to entertainment, and sound and lighting agencies across the UK and beyond, also spending two very successful years as a resident DJ on-board P&O North Sea Ferries, entertaining passengers during the overnight crossing to the Netherlands and Belgium, before returning to Yorkshire and setting up Russell Pro DJ with a small dedicated team, to provide Wedding and Events Entertainment and Hire Services from his home city of Kingston Upon Hull in East Yorkshire.
