CANCELLATION: Standard 14 day cooling off period applies with your right to cancel with full refund of any monies given minus any admin costs / travel costs that may have incurred.
In the event that THE CLIENT cancels outside of this 14 day period the contracted services for wedding Cinematography outlined in this contract before the wedding event takes place, the deposit will be forfeit.
If the event is cancelled by THE CLIENT within 180-89 days prior to the agreed date 25% of the remaining balance is to be paid by THE CLIENT.
In the event that THE CLIENT cancels outside of this 14 day period the contracted services for wedding Cinematography outlined in this contract before the wedding event takes place, the deposit will be forfeit.
If the event is cancelled by THE CLIENT within 180-89 days prior to the agreed date 25% of the remaining balance is to be paid by THE CLIENT.
