2.2 The Order shall only be deemed to be accepted when the Owner issues written acceptance of the Order ("Confirmation") at which point and on which date the Contract shall come into existence (" Commencement Date").
2.3 The Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
The Hirer acknowledges that it has not relied on any statement, promise or representation made or given by or on behalf of the Owner which is not set out in the Contract.
