We are a relaxed family run wedding venue, set amongst beautiful rolling farmland in the heart of West Sussex. Our magnificent Main Barn has stood proudly on the farm for over 400 years and in that time has had many agricultural uses but is now exclusively available to you, to celebrate the biggest day of you life! The barn held its first wedding over twenty years ago.
The day was so spectacular that it inspired the then bride to open the venue to others, so they too, could enjoy the wonder of the barn and the surrounding countryside. Mark & Julia are blissfully happy and with their two children, now welcome you to their home. Every wedding is special to us and therefore we give you the time you need to create your very own bespoke dream day.
You are invited to have exclusive use of our Barns as we only hold one wedding per weekend giving you plenty of time to create your perfect vision. Our recommended suppliers are always on hand to offer help and advice, they will provide a stress free and flexible approach when assisting you with your wedding arrangements and looking after you on the Big Day!

We are not a conveyor belt wedding venue and provide the perfect setting for Wedding ceremonies and/or reception celebrations.
Every wedding is special to us and therefore we give you the time you need to create your very own, bespoke, dream day.
We predominantly hold Saturday weddings, allowing couples time to set up and dismantle in a relaxed, unpressurised environment.
The Barn will be available to you and your suppliers from 10am - 6pm the day before your celebration.
You will also have access to the Barn until 2pm on Sunday.
Every wedding is special to us and therefore we give you the time you need to create your very own, bespoke, dream day.

We have a long list of carefully selected recommended caterers which we require you to use.
No, we are strongly opposed to corkage and therefore we do not charge any corkage and caterers are not allowed to charge corkage either.
Yes, we have ample parking on site which is all hard standing and very close to the venue.
Allocated disabled parking is also available on request.

For couples who don't live within the Benefice of Fittleworth and Stopham, under Church law, couples must establish what is known as a 'qualifying connection'.
This involves them appearing at church on a Sunday once a month for a minimum six-month period.
It's very light touch and couples who do come to a Sunday service will find a very friendly welcome.
Attending for the reading of banns, normally on the first three Sundays of the month before the wedding, is not obligatory but, again, the congregation will love meeting a wedding couple.
