I design celebration cakes with your specific requirements in mind, using the qualifications and experience that I have gained over the last sixteen years. You can choose from fruitcake, plain sponge, lemon, chocolate, coffee or carrot cake. If you prefer, there is also the option of my speciality cake range which include eggless sponge and gluten free options.

For the best quality fruitcake, a minimum of 8 weeks should be given to allow the cake to be fed with brandy, although a shorter time frame is possible.
