A Marquee wedding in Disley for some very good friends got the ball rolling, after that we found the Deli in Hale village which we ran for 8 years.
Although it was slightly off piste from the original plan it put The Herb and Spice Garden as we were known then firmly on the map for caterers in Cheshire and manchester.
