Whether it is your wedding, family party or corporate event, you'll want it to run smoothly. Our reputation is for providing an outstanding level of personal service and for producing beautifully presented, great tasting food - providing you with peace of mind and ensuring that your guests are impressed and delighted too.
Keith, Amanda, Lizzie and Simon - as well as our team of chefs and event staff - will communicate closely with you from the outset. Once the dates are established we will invite you to The Beetroot Barn, based Near Oundle in East Northamptonshire, to attend a tasting session prior to the event. The tasting can be a pre celebration occasion, for up to six people where the chosen menu is cooked and presented exactly how it will be served on the day to your guests.

We relish a conversation about your style of wedding; particular themes and ideas and whether you have any particular dishes that are special to you as a couple.
From this we then discuss possible menus options with you - Once agreed, we will cook this menu at the tasting here in the Beetroot Barn and then it can be critiqued and amended as required.
Risotto of barley; artichoke; lemon and thyme with parmesan and curry oil on oriental spoon (v).
Salad of fresh yellow fin tuna; fine beans; cannellini beans; baby plum tomatoes and local quail's eggs.
