We're fortunate as a caterer to be based in Sussex where great suppliers are in abundance.
Our local greengrocer Jeremy is less than two miles from our kitchens.
Also, we smoke our own fish and meat on site, dry cure our own charcuterie in a specially made curing chamber and grow our own herbs and edible flowers.
