On New Years Eve of 2015 I (Paul) got down on one knee and asked Joanna to marry me.
Little did we know this was also the start of a great business venture together!
When planning our wedding we noticed a gap in the market, where there was limited choice and the really big WOW factor items were over priced.
This is when we started the ball rolling with The Added Extra.
Based in Cheshire and surrounded by lovely picturesque Wedding Venues of all settings from rustic barns to elegant stately homes, you can't help but love a good Wedding.
Little did we know this was also the start of a great business venture together!

My role consists of the day-to-day running of the company.
Mainly the (boring) financial side while trusting my fabulous staff in their roles to ensure every event we do runs smoothly.
Also creating new ideas that show initiative to keep us in front of our competitors.
My favourite part of the role is seeing how all of the staff come together in their individual roles creating events that in most cases will be the most special day in our customers lifetime.
At the very least we will produce great photo opportunities as well as being the best party of the year!
