Established in 2008, The Wedding Room is located in the seaside town of Scarborough, North Yorkshire and has a whole floor dedicated to 100 stunning designer bridal gowns just waiting to be chosen and tried on by you!
We are all about making this the most fabulous experience from the moment you walk through our doors. We offer the perfect bridal fitting suite which is filled to the brim of sparkly headpieces and luxury veils. This room is completely private for you and up to 5 of your chosen 'bride squad'! Our second floor hosts a large area dedicated to the groom and his groomsmen to get them suited and booted for the big day!
We have chosen only the best menswear hire suits with the most on trend styles and colours! Just when you thought we couldn't provide you with anymore wedding attire all under one roof. We have another private fitting room for all you mothers of the bride/grooms to be! Full of the most sensational mother of the bride and groom outfits to have you looking wedding fabulous in no time!

1.5 hours of trying on our fabulous gowns and complimentary soft refreshments on arrival for you and up to 3 guests!
This appointment is the ultimate 'bride tribe' experience for a very important bride!
2.5 hours of trying on our fabulous gowns in our private fitting suite, including refreshments and sweet treats for you and up to 5 other guests!
You will receive a gift of a bottle of chilled fizz which you can choose to open up on the day or save for a special event at home!
This appointment includes 4 wildcards from your bridal stylist and can be booked out of our opening hours for a real bridal night out!

When it came to choosing which designers we wanted at The Wedding Room, we definitely did our research.
We wanted award winning designers who could supply a wide range of sumptuous fabrics and quality gowns and accessories to provide the real wow factor when our brides are choosing their perfect look!
Designers who could offer sample sizes which ranged from a UK4 through to a UK32 and prices in the range of 800-2200.
Our optional seamstress package is available at an extra charge to all brides who buy their gown from us.
We wanted award winning designers who could supply a wide range of sumptuous fabrics and quality gowns and accessories to provide the real wow factor when our brides are choosing their perfect look!
Designers who could offer sample sizes which ranged from a UK4 through to a UK32 and prices in the range of 800-2200.
Our optional seamstress package is available at an extra charge to all brides who buy their gown from us.
Appointments during weekdays are preferred as we work on a one to one basis.
We strive to provide great service and a relaxed atmosphere and our private fitting area allows us to give a personal consultation and a fabulous experience.
On a Saturday, we operate on an appointment only basis therefore, our shop door will be locked whilst our team are in an appointment.
The door will be unlocked 5 minutes prior to our next appointment arrival.
