Welcome to the Official Website of The Keytars wedding band Lancashire. If you are here then you've found the website of one of the hardest working wedding bands in Lancashire. The Keytars wedding band was formed back in late 2009 when Chris and Paul met Andy Hall (that rhymes!). Chris and Paul go back 25 years together with their music, starting a high energy rock and pop party band called Paradox when they were 15 at school in 1995.
They gigged together on and off until they finally landed a contract for Thomson holidays (now TUI) in 2008 in a function band duo called Silhouette. This took them off to Thomson's first ever Sensatori resort in Crete for two seasons. Finding Andy added a rock edge and comedy to their act that creates a mix of fun, entertaining and impressive wedding entertainment.
The wedding band members have a wealth of experience of performing at many Weddings, Functions and Corporate events around Lancashire over the last 10 years and their experience brings a unique style and powerful performance to any wedding.

We choose our songs carefully to hopefully please a wide selection of tastes.
Weddings are a huge mix of ages, music tastes, so we try to play the best wedding party songs from most genres.
80's, rock and roll, 60s and modern pop songs.
If you have a specific song you would like us to play live we will do our best to learn it if possible.
If you would like your first dance to be played live we will learn it for you if it is technically possible.
If your looking for first dance ideas, it really depends what songs mean the most to you and your partner.

DJ Song requests.
If you have any specific song requests for us to DJ, you will need to inform us at least 2 weeks prior to your event.
Setting up our equipment.
We require at least an hour to set up and sound check our equipment.
Please bear in mind that your evening reception room will need to be empty when we are setting up.
How much do you charge?
Unfortunately, it is really difficult to give an indication of our charges without knowing a bit more about your event.
Various things can affect the cost of hiring a band including the date, the size and location of the venue, the length of time you want us to play and the equipment we will need to bring.
If you have any specific song requests for us to DJ, you will need to inform us at least 2 weeks prior to your event.
