Bulphan is a delightful small village in the Unitary Authority of Thurrock, with a population of around 1000 people, in 350 houses.
The main features of Bulphan are the Village Hall, village shop and Park, St. Mary The Virgin Church and Bulphan Church Of England Primary Academy.
Members of Bulphan in Bloom work very hard to plant, weed, trim and tidy around the village, volunteers also run some of the many other organisations in the village, including the Community Cafe and Outreach Post Office in the Village Hall on Thursdays and Fridays, 1.30 - 4.30pm.
