Cancellations either emailed or left on an answerphone may not be noticed, therefore will not be accepted as received under any circumstances. All equipment and display items are our property and must not be borrowed or removed, and must remain on the buffet table at all times.
The client is responsible for the safety of our catering equipment until we return to collect it. Buffet food must be consumed within 2 hours of set-up for maximum freshness & safety, however we won't disturb your event, we'll usually pre-arrange a collection time with you up to 11pm. Upon our return to the venue for the collection of equipment we dispose of any food remaining on the serving platters immediately.
Please be aware that we will not be responsible or held liable for any problems that may result from food consumed or taken away by anyone after two hours of set-up whether that be your guests or by members of the Club venue etc.
