As a husband & wife team ourselves, having spent some 30+ years within the wedding industry and having attended hundreds of Wedding Fayres personally, we knew that we could provide the best wedding fayres; 10 years on and our portfolio of prestigious venues has increased dramatically, and we have now established ourselves as Award Winning Wedding Fayre Organizers across the South Coast.

Planning your wedding together should be fun and exciting, it doesn't have to be stressful at all and our fayres are intended to give you plenty of ideas and ample inspiration; taking place at a variety of established, iconic and often prestigious wedding venues across the South, you can explore these fabulous venues (especially if you're still looking for your perfect place to say "I Do") whilst seeing a fantastic selection of businesses & services showcasing who they are and what they offer.

PMN Wedding Fayres is a family business and therefore very close to our hearts.
We input a great deal of time, energy, effort, enthusiasm and attention to detail, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week - there are no other distractions as this is our full-time business.
We have a combined 35+ years within the industry and are passionate about what we do, for the people we do it for; our customers, exhibitors and venues and our reputation has been built upon what you - providing; the best venues, with the best footfall, at of course, the best prices.
We input a great deal of time, energy, effort, enthusiasm and attention to detail, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week - there are no other distractions as this is our full-time business.

An electrical point will only be provided if requested, please also bring your own extension lead.
Please only tick this if you require a round table rather than a standard rectangle trestle table.
In case of cancellation by you the Exhibitor, there will be no refund of deposit(s) paid, however in certain circumstances and at the discretion of the Organiser; we may move your deposit to another fayre.

Producing an event is time consuming and costly, Prestigious Wedding Fayre for and with your venue alleviates all of the associated tasks from your staff & resources, not to mention that we inject over 3,000 marketing each and every one of our fayres, a budget that many venues don't have available.
Your venue name will be heard across the South's leading Radio Station - Capital FM, daily, as our Radio advertising campaigns are huge and our USP.
We take on the entire task from sourcing suppliers, floor plans, health & safety elements, set-up, equipment, *fashion shows, and everything required to make the event a success for everyone - the venue receiving leads & bookings, the attending suppliers receiving much business also, and the visiting couples a great day planning their Wedding and looking for their prefect wedding venue (yours!)
