With the uncertain and challenging times we currently face, I have had time to reflect and in light of what is going on around us, I am returning to how it all began by baking fresh cakes and treats to spread a little joy from my 5 star hygiene rated kitchen. Again, I want to underline just how much we enjoyed the food on Saturday, it was truly delicious and everyone commented on it.
But more than that your wonderful unflappable nature contributes so much to the success of what can often seem like quite a stressful occasion.
I must say the food was absolutely delicious.
It cannot be easy doing outside catering especially on a warm day, but you and your staff made it look easy, your head-waitress was so efficient and made the tables look perfect.
All your staff were marvellous and helped create a stress free day for us all.
