David has 22 years of experience in the menswear industry, having started working in a large textile company warehouse during school holidays.
A short time later he was given an opportunity to become a sales rep for the company at the age of 20, selling menswear to stores all across the North of England.
A few years later a chance meeting with Colin led to us opening Chaplins.
We have been retailing branded menswear and supplying wedding suits since 1998.
Colin has over 40 years of experience having started in menswear retail in 1976 at Fosters Menswear, back then we did formal hire under the Dormie brand.
A short time later he was given an opportunity to become a sales rep for the company at the age of 20, selling menswear to stores all across the North of England.
