Fat Hog & Big Pan Catering are a professional mobile event catering company offering quality food in a rustic style with great service working across We work across Hampshire and surrounding areas. We aim to stimulate the senses with our food. Guests can smell the tasty food as it's freshly cooked in front of them; see the food cooked and be 'wowed' with our rustic display and taste the delicious flavours of the food.
We don't need a kitchen as we bring our own kitchen equipment with us and can set up in a field or outside the venue. Offering full wedding catering packages including canapes, sharing board starters, hearty mains, jam jar desserts, wedding cheese cakes and evening food. You can choose the amount of courses you want at your wedding as well as the type of mains you want with street food options like Paella, or hog roasts with salads and chutneys, or hearty open pies and mash.
For evening food we offer street food bars, stone baked pizza, toasties and much more. Fat Hog & Big Pan Catering don't just do hog roasts and big pans, we offer full catering packages for weddings and corporate events.

Hello, my name is Rob.
I had always wanted to be a chef from a young age and knew this was going to be my career.
I took Food Technolgy in school and went on to work my up through the catering courses as South Downs College.
I went on to work at a range of resturants, hotels and pubs around the world.
I worked in a range of prestigious restaurants and hotels including; The Ivy, The Mermaid Restaurant and Bar and The Solent Hotel and I then went onto spend 3 years travelling around the world exploring different food cultures and trying a vast range of local cuisine.
