I have been in the catering industry for many years; from front of house to being a chef in the busy kitchens of restaurants from London to Devon, where I now reside. Baking and patisserie has always been a passion, one which has grown and developed into a love for cake design. My aim is to create an eye-catching, unique cake to reflect your personality, likes and tastes.

Denise made our wedding cake, it was a four tier (all different flavours) lord of the rings style cake complete with edible dragon and gold coins, Denise accepted the challenge that some others wouldn't and it turned out amazingly, it looked incredible, tasted delicious and was the talking point of our wedding.

At these meeting, we can discuss the design of your wedding cake, the date and approximately the number guests that will be attending so we can work out the size that you require.
It may also be a good idea to bring any colour samples, patterns or prints to help us get an idea of the design that you would like.
You will also get to try some of my delicious cakes; this will be a selection of 5 flavours from my menu, plus you will have a sample box to take home with you.
