For over 40 years, we have operated as a fully catered, exclusive use, Residential Activities & Field Studies Centre for School & University groups.

Colehayes Park is a beautiful Grade II Listed, granite-built, Georgian mansion that sits in 20 acres of private woodland.
Located on the edge of the stunning Dartmoor National Park, Colehayes is one of the largest self-catering accommodations available in the UK, sleeping up to 80 guests on site.
The manor can accommodate weddings, family gatherings, reunions, anniversaries, birthdays, schools, university groups and holidays.
The house has 21 bedrooms, all of them light, clean, comfortable and with views over the estate.

We recycle 100% of our glass/metal/paper/card & suitable plastics.
We do not use plastic straws or plastic water bottles and encourage our guests to bring refillable bottles.

We are also unique as a DIY wedding venue which means that you have the choice and freedom to create your own perfectly individual wedding.
