As we use Madagascan vanilla bean, real Belgium chocolate and fresh lemons in our baking, we know they taste good!
All our cakes are coated in a thin layer of white, milk or dark chocolate ganache before covering with fondant, an exciting find as you tuck in and a useful tool to give us a clean finish.
